Six kinds of recycled plastics process analysis

First, the regeneration of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) process


    LDPE, scientific name high pressure polyethylene, it generally refers to plastic packaging film. Such as: woven bag liner film, food packaging film, daily necessities packaging film, large film. Most of these films are natural colors, and they are also light blue and black. It is best to separate the color samples before recycling. Can not put low-pressure film, PP film together, but can not put OPP and PVC film into it. Recycling LDPE and reusing it means regenerating the LDPE process.


    The entire recycled LDPE process has four main processes:


    1. Crushing process. With water smashing rinse effect is better. Since some good high-pressure membranes are kept clean enough, the membranes can be blown again without adding new materials. Therefore, during the crushing process, attention should be paid to cleaning. When the crushed material flows to the water tank, it is better to roll again, aiming to further rinse the cleaning point.


    2. Drying process. It is usually to dry the dryer to drain the remaining water and dry it if it is available. This saves electricity and improves quality. Of course, it is necessary to prevent secondary pollution of the material during drying.


    3. Granulation process. Granules made from special extruders have two basic uses: blown film and injection molding. The material coming out of the 60 to 80 mesh filter can be blown again; the material coming out of the 40 to 60 mesh filter can meet the injection molding quality requirements. In general, the high-pressure material blows the film again, and the good blowing color is almost blown by the black film and the garbage bag, and the price after injection molding is even lower.


    4. The pelletizing process is generally cold water pelletizing. This procedure must pay attention to the labeling when packaging. A blow molding, an injection molding, so as not to make mistakes. In addition, the blow-molded packaging bag must be lined with an outer bag to prevent secondary contamination.


    Second, renewable polypropylene (PP) process


    Most of the PP comes from more daily necessities, plastic boxes, basins, buckets, rice bags, plastic chairs, stools, woven bags, and other packaging woven fabrics, packing tapes, and so on.


    1. First, separate the colors of various materials, because the separation will make the user convenient and the price can be high.


    2. With water crushing and rinsing, drain the excess water to the dryer, then dry it and bag it. Mix with a mixer and add color and additives.


    3 special plastic machine for granulation on the train, but the granulation temperature can not be too high, easy to brittle, so be sure to pay attention to temperature.


    4. Water-cooling pellets, to standard 3X4mm, otherwise the appearance of even the best material does not look good, not standard.


    Third, recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) process


    PET, scientific name: polyethylene terephthalate, it is a linear thermoplastic.


    PET is usually a kind of crystalline plastic. Because of its advantages such as light weight, not easily broken, and low energy consumption, PET bottles have replaced some traditional packaging materials and have been widely used in food, beverage, cosmetics and other fields. Recycling PET and reusing it is a process of reclaim PET.


    The recycling process of PET bottles is to separate the PET bottles from the lids, labels, etc., and then crush, clean and dry them.


    Its concrete process is as follows:


    1. The first is the selection of processes: the various PET bottles should be selected and separated. Tear off the outside of the trademark, most of these trademarks are OPP, there are also some PVC shrink film, must first be stripped.


    2. Flour process, washing with water during crushing, removes dirt from various PET flakes.


    3. Put these pieces into a steam treatment unit and add caustic soda to remove greasy and other stubborn impurities.


    4. Wash with clean water, dry the remaining moisture and bag. Then dry it in a vacuum oven.


    5. Spinning, setting, hot water vapor transfer, and then set.


    Fourth, ABS plastic process


    ABS plastics, most of them come from electrical products, a variety of daily necessities and some mechanical parts.


    1. ABS is more for the computer shell, television shell, instrument shell, car panels, decorative materials, to pick this material, in particular, plating, paint color, etc. to be separated.


    2. Chemical treatment, withdrawal, paint back, but the withdrawal of the paint must be careful, because there is a certain ratio of chemical medicine, use protective equipment and containers, otherwise it will cause injuries and other incidents.


    3. Clean the tank to clean it, then dry it, match it with color or put auxiliary materials in order to improve the quality.


    4. Special extruder to granulate, but must put on the filter, but the filter is placed according to product requirements.


    V. Recycled Polycarbonate (PC) Process


    Polycarbonate, amorphous plastics, engineering plastics. Most of them come from textile accessories, car headlights, taillights, turn signals, candy making molds, discs, telecommunications equipment, and photographic equipment.


    1. The first to buy the PC to choose from, there are transparent opaque, blue, red, green, black must be separated; also modified, such as textile accessories are mostly modified; such as discs, lamp caps are coated.


    2. Cleaning the various PC, and the disc lamp capping process, also with the same principle of ABS operation. Then dried, classified, sent to the extruder for production.


    3. Some PCs are relatively yellow and can produce porcelain white; transparent ones still produce transparency; other colors can add colorants and material additives.


    4. Special extruder granulation, but the PC itself is easy to aging, so it can not be returned many times, granulation must be careful, cutting packaging.


    Recycled Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Hard Material Process Flow


    Most PVC hard materials come from construction materials, plastic steel window doors, hard plated plates, plastic valves used in chemical plants, sewage pipes, and decorative materials.


    1. First select the process and separate the colors. These materials are divided into three types: white, gray, and black, but do not mix PP and PE.


    2. To the grinder smash, but also with water smash. Remove contaminated water and then dry it to prevent secondary pollution.


    3. Mix on the mixer and mix. If it is a white material, add a coloring agent, and add additives as required.


    4. Dedicated PVC extruder for scraping, cooling bagging factory.
